DocSTAR RAID

Two RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) Storage Options are now available for DocSTAR. Both work in tandem with an optical drive in a unique two-tiered storage system. The RAID storage provides fast retrieval with fault tolerance, and the optical drive provides archival disks for offsite storage.
Note that an internal RAID is now standard in most models.
